Women in the New Testament: a Middle Eastern Cultural View

“Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly; teach and admonish one another in all wisdom.”  — Colossians 3:16

Greenwood Community Church, Presbyterian offers a vibrant program of Christian Education for all ages.  We believe Christian Education is a lifelong venture that includes struggling with scripture and the stories of our faith that challenge us to be in right relationship with God and our community.  As children of God, we believe it is imperative that we begin and end our journey trying as best we can to understand who God is and how He wants us to live. Our Adult Education class meets in the Parlor (across from the main office) on Sunday mornings at 9:00.

Whether single or married, still enjoying children at home or facing an empty nest, gainfully employed or seeking/preparing to find meaningful work, our lives are constantly changing. At every life stage we are presented with unique blessings and challenges. The Christian Adult Education ministry seeks to bring people from all stages of their Christian walk together for mutual growth and encouragement.  We seek to provide an environment in which people may develop and strengthen relationships with others, find support dealing with common issues, and grow in their relationship with God.

Beginning September 16, 2018, the Adult Class will be viewing and discussing Adam Hamilton’s book and video curriculum, “The Call — The Life and Times of the Apostle Paul. ”
